As a result of the EA Server Down, the FIFA 20 Tournament is determined by "rock-paper-scissors"

The FIFA 20 tournament has been postponed due to the EA servers being down

Electronic Arts is a video game company known for doing many controversial things. Well, as recently as a professional FIFA 20 player named Shaun Galea shared an event that he had just experienced while participating in the FIFA 20 tournament for EA Licensed Qualifier, it was discovered that the two of them could not find each other in the match that would be made due to the server EA being “downOr problematic.

Through his personal Twitter account, he was annoyed and said that he didn’t believe what EA was doing, because EA told him and his opponent, Hasan Eker to play rock-paper-scissors or a suit because they couldn’t find each other in match during the EA Licensed Qualifier tournament

This decision had to be taken by the EA because they did not want to experience a longer delay considering that there were still further matches to take place. Even though the two pro players were willing to wait until the server recovered, EA still made this decision so as not to interfere with the next match. The final result of the match is known to be 2-1 where match the third or the determinant is determined by a “rock-paper-scissors” contest.
