Attack on Titan The Final Season will total 16 episodes

This season, perhaps one of the anime that is really hype is Attack on Titan. The anime’s final season is currently ongoing. And if you are curious about the number of episodes in this last season, the total is 16 episodes. This has been confirmed as the official website for the anime has listed the number of episodes for the Blu-ray release of the series now airing, which is 16 episodes.

Currently, the anime has run for four episodes. Where this latest episode features Eren and Reiner meeting again.

With 16 known episodes, it is very likely that the anime itself will not adapt this series until the end of the manga. As information only, currently the manga is still ongoing, and has entered the final round, only a few more chapters are left.

The anime’s first season premiered in April 2013, and the second season premiered in April 2021. The first part of the third season premiered in July 2021, and the second half premiered in Japan on the NHK General channel in April 2021.

After witnessing his mother being killed at the hands of a greedy titan creature, Eren Yeager devoted his life to eradicating Titan-titans by enrolling in the Survey Corps, an elite military unit that fights Titans outside the protection of walls. Eren, along with his adopted younger brother Mikasa Ackerman and his childhood friend Armin Arlert, they join the brutal war against the titans and must quickly find a way to defeat the Titan before the final wall is breached.
