Genshin Impact Releases Video Trailer Update 1.3
As promised some time ago, the trailer for the Genshin Impact 1.3 update was released in a special program from Genshin Impact. This trailer focuses on Xiao, Vigilant Yaksha, the next playable character to join other playable characters in the game Genshin Impact. Apart from Xiao, this update also shows new content that players can enjoy, including boss battles, story quests, etc.

The trailer for update 1.3 opens with Traveler and Paimon attending the Lantern Rite, a festival held at Liyue Harbor. Xiao also showed off his fighting style, as he was the first five-star Anemo-element polearm user. Its elemental explosive ability appears to involve the use of a terrifying mask and unleash an area damage attack. The trailer also shows a series of boss fights against Geo-infused, Vishaps, dragon-like creatures that are usually found in their burrows.
The trailer also features a preview of the Lantern Rite show, which will contain the story of the main quest “All That Glitters”, an activity called “Lantern Rite Tales”, “Theater Mechanicus” (which appears to be a collection of puzzle-like areas), and ” Xiao Market. ” Apart from these events, there are other events that players can participate in. The event is called “Stand By Me” which implies that players will be able to choose from a number of Liyue-based four-star characters: Xiangling, Xinyan, Beidou, Ningguang, Xingqiu, and Chongyun.
Another scene shows activity unrelated to Lantern Rite. “Five Flushes of Fortune” flaunts photography mechanics, and “Vishaps and Where to Find Them” challenges players to hunt down unusual vishaps. And for players who need materials for leveling their characters, you can take part in an event called “Ley Line Overflow” which will increase the rewards you get from the LeyLine Blossom challenge.
The Genshin Impact 1.3 update will roll out on February 3, 2021. The game is currently available and can be played on PS4, PC, and mobile devices. A Nintendo Switch version is in development.
