InuYasha anime sequel, Hanyou no Yashahime will air in Fall 2021 season

The news that might be quite surprising for anime lovers. Recently announced a television anime sequel to Rumiko Takahashi’s InuYasha franchise. The announcement was made by Shogakukan on Saturday.

The sequel, Hanyou no Yashahime: Sengoku Otogizoushi (Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon) is rumored to be premiering in the fall of 2021. The official website for the anime has also opened, showing a teaser visual and production staff.

The comic artist who worked on InuYasha, Rumiko Takahashi, is still working on character design.
