Jun Fukuyama plays Asahi's character in the fifth season of Food Wars anime
The fifth season of the Food Wars or Shokugeki no Souma anime will begin airing in April. Now, new news reveals that one of the new characters in the Blue arc, Asahi, will be played by Jun Fukuyama.
Fukuyama is best known for his roles as Toneri Ōtsutsuki from The Last: Naruto the Movie and Misaki Yata from K Project.
The manga Shokugeki no Souma itself was published by Weekly Shonen Jump and managed to captivate fans with the quality of the story and its art. The concept of shokugeki is also considered unique, making fans even more curious.
And the anime itself has now reached its 4th season. The fifth and final season will start airing in April.
