The Third Movie My Hero Academia Will Be Released in 2021

Some time ago the official Boku no Hero Academia Twitter account uploaded a post with the caption HE WILL MEET ‘THE THREE MUSKETEERS. Netizens immediately speculated that it was a new movie project from Boku no Hero Academia. And it seems that this speculation has also been confirmed by the Weekly Shounen Jump Twitter account which says that the uploaded visual is a clue of the Boku no Hero Academia movie project which is scheduled to be released in the Summer 2021 season.

Previously, My Hero Academia mangaka had said that the movie Heroes Rising would be the last movie in this franchise. This statement was denied after the confirmation of the third movie project Boku no Hero Academia. But for now there is also no additional information on whether the third movie will later adapt a story from a manga or an original like the second movie or Heroes Rising.

The following is the synopsis for Boku no Hero Academia:

The story of Boku no Hero Academi itself centers on a child named Izuki Midoriya, a boy without superpowers (called a quirk). Even though at that time around more than 80% of humans already had their own unique abilities. However, Izuku, who is on the verge of despair, unexpectedly meets All Might, her number 1 hero idol who unexpectedly changes her fate.

For additional information, the fifth season of this anime will also begin airing next year, to be precise in April 2021.

For season 5, Bones studio is still trusted to handle the animation department. For the story, it looks like the fifth season will adapt the arc joint training, the duel between class A and class B and the Arc Meta Liberation Army, an arc that is quite exciting in my opinion.
