This Tokyo YouTuber Cosplay GTA in the Real World

If you have ever played Grand Theft Auto, Yakuza, or the like, you will definitely love this video. A group of Tokyo YouTubers named Komazawa Isolation have taken advantage of the relatively empty streets of Tokyo to create hilarious parodies of GTA-style games.

Video, titled Grand Theft Gotoku (Yakuza) Solid, featuring actors perfectly recreating the incredible movements of 3D video game characters, including a somewhat ape-like gait, sudden left and right turns, and choppy collision detection.

The story starts in Shibuya, where the main character wakes up after being beaten up by several criminals while on a date with his girlfriend. He ends up tracking them down using Metal Gear Solid-style sneaking tactics. Yes, the cardboard box also plays a role in this video.

From performances to video shoots to CG effects, his work is truly impressive. You can see the effort put into completing this cool video. It is worth appreciating.
