This time we will discuss about AAA. For those of you gamers, you may be familiar with this term. AAA or triple-A is not really an abbreviation.

AAA is intended as a game that has an A score or score in terms of graphics, quality of gameplay, and sales results. In other words, AAA games are games that have high production value, are very well promoted and have good sales results. Reporting from Wikipedia, AAA is an informal classification used for video games produced and distributed by medium or large publishers, usually having higher development and marketing budgets.

AAA games usually do have targets that don’t play. The minimal AAA games are targeted to be best game of the year or BOTY.

An example of a AAA game is GTA V. Who is not familiar with GTA V. It may even be not uncommon for you to encounter the question “Are the specs strong or not playing GTA V?” or similar questions in forums that discuss hardware and PCs. Yes, it does show how popular the game is. Other examples of games with AAA titles are Tom Clancy’s The Division, Mafia 3, and Overwatch.
