[Genshin Impact] 5 Mandatory Activities Every Day
Every day at 03.00 WIB for Asian, world servers Genshin Impact will experience a daily reset (daily reset). When you log in every day, you will feel that there are so many things you have to do, such as fighting World Boss and Weekly Boss like Geo Hypostasis and Dvalin. And also need to find Artifact, Weapon Ascension Material or Talent Level-Up Material in the Domain, in order to strengthen your characters. However, the amount of Resin which is limited to a maximum of 120 feels very lacking, so you have to choose these activities. While waiting for your resin to regenerate, there are many other things you can do on Teyvat every day that you must do.
1. Complete 4 Daily Commissions
When you reach Adventure Rank 12 (AR12), you will be automatically given 4 Daily Commission quests every day from the Adventurers’ Guild. Each commission will give various prizes such as 10 Primogems, Adventure EXP, Companion EXP, Mora and Ore according to your current AR.
The Daily Commission is quite easy and quick to complete, making it one of the things you have to do everyday. And when you complete all four commissions, visit Katheryne at the Adventurers’ Guild in Mondstadt or Liyue Harbor for additional rewards: 20 Primogems, 500 Adventure EXP and more.
2. Send Character To Expedition
Starting from Adventure Rank 14 (AR14) you will be given additional daily activities from the Adeventurers’ Guild, namely Expeditions. Apart from the Traveler (the main character), you can send your characters for the Expedition for 4/8/12/20 hours to return with the items we chose earlier. The most important thing to look for is of course Crystal Chunk which has 2 locations in Mondstadt and 1 location in Liyue. When you reach AR36, you can send a maximum of 5 characters for Expedition every day.
The longer the time you choose, the more items you will get, even though the amount varies. Some characters have passive skills when sent to Expedition will cut time by 25% (maximum 5 hours), so it can speed up the time you get the items you need. For Mondstadt you can send Bennett and Fischl, and for Liyue you can send Chongyun and Keqing.
If you buy the Battle Pass, it will make it easier for you to do one of the daily tasks, namely mining 10 stones. So you can set the time when you want to send the Expedition, and call your character back after the daily reset the next day.
3. World Boss Hunting through the Adventurer’s Handbook
At level 20, 40, 50, 60 and so on, both your character and your weapon need to be ascend (ascend) beforehand to be able to level up again to make it stronger. These ascension material items were very diverse, and some were obtained from the World Boss. Examples such as level 70 Favonius Bow require Chaos Core items, which are randomly obtained from Ruin Guard or Ruin Hunter level 60 and above.
The easiest way to find Ruin Guards and Ruin Hunters is to open the Adventurer Handbook and select the Bosses section. There you can select the bosses you want to get the item for, then click Navigate to display their location on the map. Every time you defeat 1 boss, open the Adventurer Handbook again and click Navigate on the same boss again to be shown the position in other locations.
In Liyue Province, there is one area that has 1 Ruin Hunter and 3 Ruin Guards nearby, which is north of Lingju Pass. Please remember that the higher your World Level, the higher the high level items can drop from each enemy, both boss and non boss.
4. Collect as many Crystal Chunk as possible
Regarding point no.2, Crystal Chunk is currently the most valuable mineral stone, because it is used to transform into a Mystic Enhancement Core. Mystic Enhancement Core is used to upgrade your weapons faster than sacrificing low rarity weapons.
By requiring every 4 Crystal Chunk to be converted into 1 Mystic Enhancement Core, then you need to collect a lot of Crystal Chunk. If you have a Ningguang character, he has the passive skill of being able to see each mineral stone on a small map located in the upper left corner of the game screen. You can also gather with your friends when you are in co-op, because each player will get mineral stones as long as the position is not far away.
5. Collect Local Specialty Plants
While you are doing the 4 activities above, you can also collect various kinds of plants around Teyvat. Some plants are needed as materials for the ascension of your characters, which are different from one another, and require a very large number. Therefore there is nothing wrong if you collect every day if you find it, because some plants respawn for more than 2 days. Like mineral stones, you can visit your friends’ worlds to collect plants, but only the player who takes them gets them. Therefore, please ask before visiting whether the plants you want have respawned or not.
Bonus: Perform Spiral Abyss For Hundreds of Free Primogems
There is one more activity that you can do without using Resin, but it requires a party strategy for your characters. Spiral Abyss can be accessed when you reach Adventure Rank 20, but it is not recommended to immediately do so. At least your four characters are lvl 40 with +4 artifacts and weapons that are strong enough if you want to try them. Each floor is divided into 3 chambers with a limited time to get a maximum value of 3 stars for each chamber. If you successfully complete each chamber with a 3 star value, then per floor will reward you with a maximum of 300 Primogems. And also if you successfully complete the 3rd chamber 3 floor, you will be awarded with Xianling character for free.
