Epic Games Delays Season 3 Release of Fortnite Chapter 2
Fortnite is currently one of the battle royale games that are so popular with gamers from various parts of the world. However, this time there is surprising information about a new update for the next season. The reason is Epic Games as the developer of Fortnite has announced that the third season of Fortnite chapter 2 has to be postponed until June 2021.
Through the blog posts they post, Epic Games explain that Fortnite Season 3 must be postponed for a month or so from the original schedule. Season 3 of Fortnite originally planned to be released on April 30, but after the delay the release schedule was pushed back to June 4.
Although Epic Games did not explain in detail the reasons behind the delay. Reportedly, this had to be done because of development problems, where the production process was unable to complete according to the predetermined target as a result of the Corona virus pandemic so that employees had to work from home.
Apart from this, Epic Games said that they will bring a lot of new content in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 2, which is currently underway, some of which are the addition of new missions, xp bonus, and there will be a “surprise”Which is being prepared by Epic Games.
