It’s been one week since the release of the game Ghost of Tsushima, and it looks like the players are happy and responding positively. Apart from offering an open world experience, this game also carries a classic samurai theme which of course will captivate any gamer.
Not only gamers from the west, games in Japan themselves really appreciate this game. This game made by Sucker Punch Productions has successfully dominated game sales in Japan since its release on July 17. To date, total sales of 212,915 copies in Japan. A pretty fantastic number.
Sucker Punch’s hard work in creating a game world setting that is thick with Japanese nuances deserves to be appreciated. In fact, for the sake of getting an accurate world setting, they even conducted research on the island of Tsushima.
