Kojima Productions Canceled Attending GDC 2021 Due to Corona Virus

Kojima Productions canceled its attendance at the 2021 GDC event due to the problem with the Corona Virus outbreak

Kojima Productions has announced that they are canceling their attendance at the GDC (Game Developers Conference), an event where developers gather and share their projects in San Francisco. This is due to concerns about the Corona Virus which is getting more extreme every day. In addition, various parties in the Game Industry have also canceled their presence at GDC 2021, Previously Sony Interactive Entertainment and Facebook were also known to have canceled their appearance due to the same reasons related to the Corona Virus Problem.

Through the official Twitter account posting Kojima Productions @ Kojipro_2015, Studio has confirmed that it should be gracing two sessions at GDC 2021 with Hideo Kojima and AI Programmer Eric Johnson hosting the event, The plan has officially been canceled.

Apart from Sony and Facebook which canceled attending the event earlier, it turned out that EA was also known to have canceled their appearance. The GDC 2021 event will continue until March.
