Microsoft Decides to End Minecraft Earth Game

Microsoft as the developer of the game Minecraft Earth has just released their attitude towards the future of this game. The Minecraft Earth game itself was originally created to compete with the popularity of the Pokemon Go game which soared in 2021.
The impact of the covid-19 virus has a major impact on the future of the Minecraft Earth game. The reason is that the outbreak of this virus makes it difficult for players to play games that require them to leave the house. Because of this, Microsoft is taking decisive steps to help fight the Covid-19 virus in 2021.
As reported by the Minecraft site, the developer decided not to continue production of the Minecraft Earth game in June 2021. However, players can still play the game until before next June. After that, you can’t download or play this game anymore.

Even though the game will be closed, today there is a final update which adds a few things to the game. The developer hopes that this update can make players feel the last pleasant moments and make it easier to play games. Following are the details of the update.
- Delete real money transactions
- Reduces ruby costs drastically
- Includes all finished and unreleased content currently on our channel
- Reduces the time requirements for crafting and smelting
- Replaces unused smelting & crafting upgrades with increased radius from the same level
- Grants a set of Character Creator items to players who enter between January 5 and June 30
With the end of this game, every paid ruby purchase will be exchanged for minecoin which you can use to buy skin packs, textures, maps, and even minigames.
