Persona 5 Strikers Release Delayed Due to Pandemic

Persona is an RPG genre game hack and slash developed by Atlus. After successfully launching Persona 5, now Atlus launched a follow-up to the previous series, namely Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantoms Strikers.

Game developer Atlus announced that it will release the game Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantoms Strikers on 23 February 2021 in Japan and western countries. However, it seems that the launch of this game has to be delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Voiced by Erika Harlacher announced via Cassandra Lee Morris’s official YouTube channel on December 22 that the release of the Persona 5 Strikers game had to be postponed due to the COVID-19 outbreak that is still hitting Western countries.

Erika Harlacher herself voices Lady Ann and Cassandra Lee Morris voices Morgana in the English version of the game.

Reporting from Anime News Network, Erika also said that the recording process for the game was scheduled to start in April 2021. However, it had to be postponed due to the lockdown policy which prevented the staff and voice actors from meeting in person. They are then sent equipment so they can record their voice remotely.

It seems that you have to be a little patient if you want to play this game. It is not yet known how long the delay will last. There has been no notification from either the developer or the staff about the exact release date of this game. You can continue to monitor the progress of this game through the official website.
