The file size for Ghost of Tsushima on PS4 is not that big
In just a few months, PlayStation 4 gamers will finally be able to play one of the most-awaited AAA exclusive games, Ghost of Tsushima. Well, recently Sucker Punch Studios as the game developer has announced the overall size of the game.
If the average open-world game file size is quite large, some even reach more than 100 GB. But apparently not for the game by Sucker Punch Studios. The reason is that according to the information listed on the Ghost of Tsushima Pre-order page, it is stated that players will need a minimum of 50GB of storage space.
Not surprising, considering that this size has become a standard size when compared to other PlayStation exclusive games such as Final Fantasy VII Remake or maybe The Last of Us Part II which is more than 100GB in size. But what you need to know, the game file size of 50 GB will increase over time.
In addition, Sucker Punch Studios also said that they will provide new details regarding this game periodically ahead of its release.
The Ghost of Tsushima game itself is planned to be released on July 17, 2021 exclusively for PlayStation 4.
