This Japanese Elementary School Has Its Graduation Event in Minecraft

Students from Elementary Schools in Japan have created their own virtual graduation ceremony in Minecraft. As a result of the corona virus the government was forced to close all schools.

Doesn’t this look interesting? The Japanese school year starts in April and ends in March, so many children will miss their graduation ceremony. So the students decided to make a stage and their seats for a game, with red carpets and potted plants along the way. “They spend all day online together playing games and laughing. I am glad they are all having fun, ”said one father of the students.

This graduation ceremony certainly attracted the attention of many people, because this is the first time in history. “This will probably be a precious memory they will never forget later,” said someone who commented on the Twitter post.
