GridGames.ID – One of the legendary game development companies, Sega has just celebrated its 60th birthday on June 3.

At this age that is considered senior enough, Sega has presented many games until now.

Starting from Tetris, Sonic, Streets of Rage, Columns, Out Run and many others.

Apart from games, Sega has also developed a number of computers and consoles.

So, in order to celebrate his birthday this time, Sega presents something unique.

The Japanese company has just announced a mini console called Game Gear Micro.

The console is remake from previous editions which already exist with normal size.

Quoting MetroThe Game Gear Micro is 80 millimeters wide and 43 millimeters high.

The size is very small when compared to the normal version with a width of 210 millimeters and a height of 113 millimeters.

Game Gear Micro itself is available in 4 color variants, black, blue, yellow and red.

Each color will be equipped with a variety of different Sega games.

Game Gear Micro will be priced at ¥ 4,980 per unit, and ¥ 29,980 if you buy all four.

The plan is for the console to start on October 6, 2021 in Japan.

Meanwhile, for Indonesia itself, there is no information about when the console will be sold here.

The presence of Game Gear Micro certainly reminds us of the days of 8-bit games.
