Animal Crossing: New Horizons Fall Update has been officially confirmed by the developers. With the summer season ending it is time to welcome the autumn celebrations for the Northern Hemisphere.

As reported by the official website animal-crossing.com there is a notification about the details of this update. The best thing about this update is that it will feature a Halloween theme to welcome autumn.

Apart from that, the players will be given a free gift, namely Ring Con, which comes from a very rare fitness game, namely Ring Fit Adventure. This was officially confirmed via a Twitter account @NintendoAmerica.

Growing Pumpkins – Decorate your home and island for all your fabulous fall events by purchasing in-game starting pumpkins from Leif all year round or from Nook’s Cranny during October. Once your pumpkins are grown, they can be harvested and used in pumpkin-based DIY projects.
Get ready for Halloween – Pumpkin is just the start of an upcoming Halloween themed celebration to your island. With the big day just around the corner, you can start buying candy early. Find your style for Halloween night by purchasing costumes, such as witch dresses, at the Able Sisters store during the month of October. You can even get colored body paint and eye contact by swapping Nook Miles. You can also learn about DIY Halloween projects from fellow residents. On Halloween night, your neighbors will experience the holiday spirit in their own costumes.
Halloween Night Celebration – When Halloween night arrives on October 31st, after 5pm, the neighbors will gather in the square, which will be decorated with various Halloween decorations. You will also receive a visit from a mysterious guest, Jack, the “Halloween tsar”. By giving Jack lollipops and candy, you will get a reward in this scary game. Make sure to save some candy for your neighbors too, or you might get pranked! Fortunately, you can learn some new Reactions to properly express your fear.
