After months without a new patch, Valve as the developer of Dota 2 has finally announced that this game will soon introduce its new hero in the upcoming 7.28 patch.

According to an official post made by Valve, a new patch has been scheduled for mid-December. Initially announced to be launched last November. However, it seems that we still have to wait a few more days before the hero arrives at Dota 2.

Previously, the heroes who attended Dota 2 were Snapfire and Void Spirit, these heroes were present on the Outlanders patch.

In addition, Valve has announced that the new season of Dota 2 will arrive on December 1. In addition, Valve also announced that the Overwatch system that can help players identify cheaters has begun to be launched.

Regarding the new hero, Valve admitted that the original plan was to release it on November 30. However, the developer decided to postpone the release of the new hero until mid-December.

According to Valve’s official announcement, the new hero who will be coming is a female character, although until now there has been no more detailed information about this character. The announcement contained:

“Our initial plan to release the hero was November 30th. We’ll be releasing it, along with the 7.28 gameplay update, in mid-December. “

With a new hero being reintroduced after almost a year, of course it will make the Dota 2 community even more excited.
