From this tweet we get a little clue about the clarity of this anime. Where the seiyu seemed to give the fans hope for the continuation of the adventures of the crazy trio Gon, Killua, and Kurapika. Please note the implicit message that is conveyed here “I am back to where I was” refers to this anime.
Gon Freecs himself became the first character played by Megumi Han. This feels matched with the sentence above which indicates he will return to his origin. But we as good fans can only hope, but still, until now there has been no official confirmation from the anime publisher.
