Reported by PressStart, the Japanese version of Cyberpunk 2077 will arrive with some changes to avoid sexual content. One of them is like a character who will wear underwear during a scene where they are naked. They also said that part of the sexual content that the game presents will be revamped.

Cyberpunk 2077 will arrive on November 19 on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Besides that, there are things to remember that this game will also have a version for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X which will be available for free, especially for those who have bought the game on previous generation consoles.
