Samsung Exynos 2100 5G ready to launch this year!

Samsung has officially announced that its newest chipset namely Exynos 2100 ready to slide this year and will be a replacement for Snapdragon 888.
Exynos 2100 itself comes as Samsung’s first chipset that has been integrated with the 5G network, which is on top of the EUV (Extreme Ultra-Violet) node with a 5nm fabrication.
Samsung claims that the use of their own 5nm fabrication can make Exynos 2100 presenting very high performance and could become one of the standards for smartphones in the future.
“With powerful processing technology and support for 5G modems at the power-efficient 5nm node, the Exynos 2100 can set a new standard for mobile devices in the future,” said President of Samsung Electronic’s LSI Businnes System, Inyup Kang.
More details, Exynos 2100 equipped with an eight-core CPU, namely 1 Cortex-X1 2.9Ghz, 3 Cortex-A78, and 4 Cortex-A55. Samsung claiming that the performance of Exynos 2100 it’s 30% faster than its predecessor, the Exynos 990, for multicore performance.

Meanwhile, the GPU sector has been equipped with Mali-G78 which is already supportive Vulkan and OpenCL. It is known that the graphics performance of this chipset is 40% than its predecessor.
However, we are not sure whether this chipset is faster than that Snapdragon 888 which has slid first. Therefore, we just wait until we arrive Galaxy S21 series with two variants of this chipset was launched, guys!
