The voice actor for The Last of Us Part II game gets a threat
Laura Bailey is the voice actor of the character Abby in The Last of Us Part II got terrible things on social media regarding threats of harassment and death.
Reported by Forbes, through an account twitter Laura Bailey she posted several screenshots of the messages she had gotten that included threats of violence against herself and her family.

When viewed from the contents of the screenshot, the threat is shown to him and his families. Abby’s character is one of the characters that fans hate very much, because this character has killed one of the protagonists in the first series of The Last of Us.
Even so, behind this incident, there are several parties who still support Laura regarding the threat case. These people are another voice actor who has shown his support for this tweet, and he thanks each of them.
Naturally, if he gets a message like that from fans, because the role he plays is a character that is very hated in the game. But it’s not like this either, a work of fiction and real life is going in different directions, I hope Laura is still okay there.
