Giving in, Sony has finally opened up the Cross-Play feature for the PS4
Started first for Fornite.
The long-awaited news has finally arrived! After steadfastly defending its principles, Sony finally succumbed to it. Through the PlayStation blog, Sony finally officially announced the Cross-Play feature for the PlayStation 4. That means, PlayStation 4 console owners can compete with other console owners. This feature has been opened as of today, starting with the beta test for Fornite, where PS4 players can fight Fornite players from other consoles such as Xbox One, PC, Mac, Switch and mobile.
In the same statement, Sony will also add several other titles that can use this Cross-Play feature. Good move Sony!
