This mission is a World Quest and you can start by visiting NPC Soraya which is in the vicinity of the Guili Plains ruins. You can see the location in the image below.

After you talk to Soraya, he will ask to find 5 pieces Ancient Stone Tablet. For the location, you can see the image below.

After finding the 5 Ancient Stone Tablets, you will be asked to talk to Soraya, and he will tell you to find 2 pieces Stone Table. You guys are enough Navigate this quest for clues. After that you will be asked to speak again with Soraya. After talking to Soraya, you will be asked to talk to Soraya again but in a different location, namely on Wangshu Inn.

After speaking with Soraya at the Wangshu Inn, you are asked to find 4 pieces Strange Jade Plate. You can see the location and shape drawn below.

After interacting with 4 Strange Jade Plates, you are required to find the last Strange Jade Plate. For the location you can see drawn above with the sequence number 5. For Strange Jade Plate number 5, it is highly recommended that you get ready. Because you will face 3 Guard Ruins.

After successfully defeating the 3 Guard Ruins, the water in the middle of the pool will recede and you can take 2 pieces Precious Chest and 1 piece Luxurious Chest. After taking the chest, you will be asked to talk to Soraya again and this completes your mission. After talking to Soraya, you will get 50 Primogem and 1 piece Liyue Shrine of Depths Key.
