Popular anime "One Punch Man" gets a live action movie adaptation

An entertainment news site “Variety” reported on Tuesday that Sony is developing a live action version of Hollywood adapted by ONE and Yusuke Murata. Now Scott Rosenberg and Jeff Pinkner was writing the script. Scott Rosenberg and Jeff Pinkner ever was on the writing team for the film Venom in 2021, and now the script One Punch Man will be written by both of them.

One Punch Man is very popular in Japan and other countries around the world. It tells the story of a superhero who can easily defeat his enemies with one hit. Because of that he began to feel bored, because there was no such thing as a worthy opponent.

This information is conveyed by posting on Twitter, where ONE thanked fans for thanks to them this project was made possible. In addition, he is also very excited and curious about how Saitama will be portrayed in a Hollywood-style story scenario.

Hopefully this live action series can recreate the fun and excitement it was in the manga and anime series. Until now they have not announced when the film will be released.
