2 Nostalgic Games for PlayStation Plus in March

March 2021 free games for PlayStation Plus subscribers have been announced. The first is Sonic Forces, a platform game developed to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the series Sonic the Hedgehog. Sonic Forces has 3 modes:

Classic: original mode with a 2D view similar to the game series Sonic on Sega Genesis
Modern: gameplay mode with a 3D view similar to Sonic Unleashed and Sonic Colors
Avatar: a mode where players can create their own character

With these three modes, Sonic Forces aims to bring nostalgia to old fans, and introduce the franchise Sonic to new fans. Currently on film Sonic the Hedgehog currently playing in the local cinema, is the perfect time to promote the video game as well.

The second free game for PlayStation Plus this March is Shadow of the Colossus, an action-adventure game made by Studio Japan and Team Ico, a game developer Ico and The Last Guardian. Tells a character named Wander who enters a forbidden world, and must defeat 16 giant creatures named Colossi to save a girl named Mono. World Shadow of the Colossus indirectly related to the world Ico, and what the directors of both games called it a prequel to the game Ico. When released in 2005, Shadow of the Colossus received numerous awards at various award shows, including Game of the Year. The uniqueness of the human versus giant theme makes many video games inspired by it, one of which is The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

Shadow of the Colossus a remake version developed by Bluepoint Games, released on 6 February 2021 for PlayStation 4. Bluepoint Games is already working on it Shadow of the Colossus and Ico a remastered version of the previous PlayStation 3, in a bundle The Ico & Shadow of the Colossus Collection.
